I’m Nola Stairs, the proud owner of Nola Stairs.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

After toiling away in the banking industry for many years, I was looking for a fresh challenge and the ability to run my own company. So after careful consideration, I took the real estate and sub-mortgage brokers exam and became a realtor in 1992.

After five years in the real estate industry, I changed course slightly and became a mortgage broker. Over the next eighteen years, I went from strength to strength, and as luck would have it, there was a significant rule change.

I was now able to hold both the realtor and broker licenses simultaneously, so I took full advantage and offered my clients both roles. Technology also played a crucial step in enhancing my business, and today I provide a website where clients can search for properties based on their budget and location.

I’ve also stayed up to date with the latest regulations so that my clients can make informed decisions. Having been in the industry for the past twenty-eight years, I’ve been able to use my vast knowledge to support my clients incredibly.

I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty and integrity. I always do what is best for the client and pride myself on rendering excellent customer service by being approachable, which has made me successful.

Helping people achieve their dream of homeownership is rewarding, and when I’m not securing homes for clients, I love spending quality time with family, which includes playing with my grandchild.
