About Nola Stairs
I work in the real estate and mortgage financing industry as a licensed broker and realtor in Prince George, BC. I have been a realtor since 1992 and a mortgage specialist from 1997 onwards. In this time, the real estate and mortgage industry have seen several changes. These modifications have been put in place to protect both borrowers and lenders.
Unfortunately, they can create confusion among borrowers who do not check-in with the mortgage and real estate industry regularly. To ease their minds and help them meet their housing needs as per the latest regulations, I keep up to date with all of the changes in my industry by enrolling in different courses. My education and vast understanding of both mortgages and real estate allow me to efficiently guide my clients to their homeownership goals and appropriately finance them.

My expertise in my profession has not only been recognized by clients but also other professionals in my field. Over the years, they have acknowledged my performance with many awards. However, it is not my goal to win awards in this business. My main goal is to make sure I have happy clients whose needs are taken care of.
